The SportsMED team includes a pain management specialist offering additional treatment options for painful conditions of the spine, extremities, and other areas of the body.
A pain management specialist is often an anesthesiologist who completes an additional fellowship dedicated to the management of all types of pain. Through the use of diagnostic tests, combined with treatments like medications, injections, and other therapies, they can provide relief from your pain and help identify the cause of your condition.
Our pain management physician works with our orthopaedists, physiatrist, as well as you primary care provider, to help evaluate your condition and design a treatment plan just for you.
