SportsMed Physical Therapy CenterThe SportsMED Physical Therapy Center is located in the Huntsville clinic on the main floor adjacent to the SportsMED Fitness Center. The Center opened its doors in 2009 with the goal to provide convenient access to quality care in a comfortable, friendly atmosphere.

Physical Therapy is an intricate part of recovery for all orthopaedic injuries. With this in mind, SportsMED established an advanced physical therapy program which includes modern equipment and a staff of expertly trained and caring professionals. Our professional staff is comprised of licensed physical therapists as well as physical therapy assistants. The SportsMED physical therapy staff utilizes Cybex Isokinetic Strength Testing and equipment, as well as Functional Capacity Evaluation and Impairment Ratings and decompression therapy to maximize each patient’s progress. Our dedicated staff helps strengthen patients recovering from surgery or injury. Each individual patient’s goals are always the priority, whether that goal is to eliminate pain or return to a sport.
