Curt Freudenberger, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon providing high-quality care at SportsMED Orthopedic Surgery & Spine Center’s Madison and Huntsville, Alabama, locations. He treats complex spin and disk issues in patients of all ages.
Dr. Freudenberger received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Irvine (UCI). He went on to complete both his Doctor of Medicine and Master of Public Health at the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans.
Dr. Freudenberger finished his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Colorado Health Science Center in Denver and continued his training as an orthopedic spine fellow at the Institute for Spinal Disorders at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.
With years of training in orthopedic and sports injury surgeries, Dr. Freudenberger is keen on providing patients with enduring results and a positive experience. He always chooses the most cutting-edge, minimally invasive procedures, whether he’s treating spine degeneration or trauma, herniated disks or replacements, or other complex spine conditions.
